The Children's Services Department has invited jugger David Cousin to perform at its Summer Reading Program Certificate Party on Thursday, August 19 at 3:00 pm at Langley Center, 400 W. Emerson Ave. The program is to celebrate the achivements of the summer reading club readers who finished reading ten or more books and received a "Make A Splash--Read" reading certificate during the six-week summer reading program. Light refreshments will be provided.
