Monterey Park Library Foundation raises funds to supplement the library's budget. This computer system is due in part to the funds that the Foundation raised over the years. The Foundation accepts donations of any size. Organizations, businesses and individuals who make large donations can have their name listed on the donor board in the library. The Monterey Park Library Foundation’s Annual Fundraising Dinner is tentatively set for Friday, May 18, 2007 at Capital Seafood, 755 W. Garvey, Monterey Park. Tickets will start at $600/table of ten. For more information, call (626)-307-1269.

The Patrons' Honor Roll belongs to the Foundation. Plaques are available starting at $1,000. For more information or to purchase a plaque as a memorial or in honor of a family member or to show the support of your business or organization contact the Library Administration Office or call (626) 307-1269.
