Sunday, December 2 starting at 2:00 p.m. the Friends of the Library will present the winners of the Education and Culture Foundation of Monterey Park’s annual Oratorical Contest. Children of various ages will recite poems in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.  There will also be a visit from Santa Claus so parents may want to bring a camera to take photos.
