The Summer Reading Program Certificate Party is for young readers who finish reading ten or more books during Library's 6-week reading program. The party is to be held at Langley Center, 400 W. Emerson Ave., at 3:00 p.m. The highlight of the program is Michael Rayner's Juggling Comedy Show. Free refreshments will be served.
