Thursday February 12 at 3:30 p.m. in the Friends Room, there will be a program put on by youth for youth.  The Junior Friends, a teen volunteer organization here at the library, hosts one program each month to serve the youth at Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library.  The Junior Friends will present a Chinese New Year’s event featuring dancing red envelopes and lots of good food.
