Library Storytimes

The library invites children with their accompanying parents or guardians to the following storytimes :

Tuesdays at 7:30 P.M.

Wednesdays at 4:00 P.M.

Thursdays at 10;30 A.M.

Saturdays at 10:30 A.M.

Spanish/English bilingual storytime: Second Thursday of each month at 3:30 P.M.  

Chinese (Mandarin) storytime: First Monday of each month at 3:00 P.M

 Santa Storytime

The third Tuesday in December at 7:30 P.M. Santa Claus will visit the Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Memorial Library. There will be holiday stories and songs. Parents who would like a picture of their child with Santa are invited to bring a camera.

Special Craft and Activities

The Children’s Department has special craft and other programs for various holidays e.g. Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, Valentines Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Cinco de mayo, etc. For more information call (626) 307-1358
